When I started my low-carb diet, I came across many articles about food nutrition and harmful stuffs in the food we consume daily. I started to pay more attention on ingredients, nutrition facts on store bought items. I cooked more because I want to eat healthily and I want to know what’s inside my food. I cook consumable food (hah!), minimum effort but maximum flavour. And no post eating guilt!

Main objective of creating this page is to share my passion for cooking, encourage more people to cook and eat healthily. If you are like me, a working adult but want simple yet tasty home cooked food, and a well-balanced diet, or even low-carb diet, this is a blog you should follow.

I will include recipes and ingredient shopping guideline.
